Aid Stations
-Stations will have at a minimum: Water, Sportsdrink, Sodium Caps, energy gels, snack items, and food items
-You are required to carry your own water between stations
-Any special food/drink needs will be provided by racers
-Drop bags will be available at designated points.
-There may be river crossings
-There are restrooms at each aid station *except the 50Mile turn around* but they are off the beach as required by law
-Runner check-in is required at Shunk Gulley and The Red Bar since the distance from the beach to the aid station is included in the total distance of the race.
